Participation: Open to everyone.
GENERAL RULES
-
For the 10K and 5K races, the top three male and female finishers will be ranked in the overall classification. Athletes who place in the overall classification will not be evaluated in the age categories. There are no age categories for the 5K race; results will be evaluated in the overall classification only. In the 10K category, results will be evaluated as follows: Overall classification (Male/Female) 39 and under (Male/Female) 40–49 (Male/Female) 50 and over (Male/Female)

Some parts of the course may pass through open traffic roads. Participants are obliged to obey traffic rules and be cautious of vehicles.

Participants must sign a Risk Acceptance Form and join the race at their own responsibility.

Bib numbers must be worn visibly throughout the race.

Participants under 18 must provide a parent-signed consent form to race.

Participants must pass through all control points during the race.

Runners must stay on the officially marked course by the organization.

Participants who leave the course or withdraw must notify the organization.

All photo and video rights taken during the event belong to the organization.

Participants aged 65 and above must provide an ECG and cardiologist report to join.

A participant waiver must be signed before the start.

The organization reserves the right to make route changes without prior notice.
MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

ID card (must be shown at kit collection)

Mobile phone (with event and emergency numbers saved)

Bib number

Timing chip (if applicable, will be provided by the organization)

Medical report for participants aged 65+ (must be shown at the kit desk)
⚠️ Mandatory equipment check will be done before the race and at kit collection.
No kit will be given to those missing any required item.
DISQUALIFICATION
Participants will be disqualified and not allowed to continue the race if they violate any of the following rules:

Not passing through control points

Taking shortcuts or using a vehicle

Failing to help a participant in need

Damaging nature or littering
-
Refusing a health check by medical staff

Refusing a mandatory gear check
-
Receiving external support outside designated areas
